Will I have to take medication for my anxiety and panic attacks?

Not all people need medication for anxiety. In fact, many people are able to decrease their anxiety without medication. However, some people find much needed relief from taking medication while simultaneously getting counseling. It depends on the individual and the severity/type of anxiety.  If you are under the care of a primary care physician, I can collaborate wtih your doctor with your consent in order to determine the best treatment for you.
